How to Use This Product

To get the full Energising Hand Balm experience apply daily.

Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin
We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds

FREE Click & Collect from 31 The Mall, Tralee. You will not be charged for this service. Please allow at least 48 hours for collection, you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
